The band was born because of the love they felt (and still feel) for the music of the well-known british band Queen. The five experimented and recognized musicians in the Alicante scene join their passion for Freddie and his pals and started to rock the place. In every performance, in every gig, in every pub … they give all the rock they carry inside and being faithful to the Queen spirit.

DE POLIS es una banda tributo a THE POLICE posiblemente la mejor banda del planeta, fundada por Gordon Sumner (Sting) , Stewart Copeland y Andy Summer, que durante los años 80´s crearon un estilo único y personal.

Su intención es hacer de la manera más fiel posible las versiones de los mayores éxitos de la banda como Roxanne , Message in a bottle, So Lonely , De do do do, Every Breath you Take….. hasta cerca de dos horas incorporando algún tema de Sting en solitario como Shape of my heart o If I Ever lose my faith…
